The ExxonMobil Mossmorran site is an established industrial location in central Fife, close to the A92 and M90 road corridors as well as port and rail assets.
The site extends to circa 250 acres and is served by nationally significant utility connections including electricity assets and gas pipelines.
The site is adjacent to ongoing Shell operations within the Mossmorran complex, which are regulated under the Control of Major Accident Hazards (COMAH) Regulations.
