"Build Fife has been a fantastic opportunity for our business. The programme was well-structured, engaging, and provided us with valuable insights into where we were, where we want to be, and the steps needed to get there. We've already made significant changes, including improvements to our contracts, tendering, and payments process.
Since completing Build Fife, we have developed a comprehensive tendering package, which has led to a significant local contract opportunity.”
Neil Beattie from EVi Renewables added:
“The invitation to attend the Build Fife 2025 training sessions was received with great interest as well as trepidation! Do I and the business have the time to take 8 weeks of Wednesday mornings and will it provide a good return? On reflection, the answer is a resounding Yes! The team delivered a business focussed programme with a host of Subject Matter Experts along with introductions from Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors.”
Pamela Stevenson, Service Manager at Fife Council, added:
“The Build Fife Programme is designed to give local businesses the tools, knowledge, and connections they need to thrive. It’s great to see such strong engagement from the businesses involved and I’d like to congratulate everyone who took part. I would also like to extend my thanks to my colleagues for their hard work in organising the programme.”
