Brightstone Spaces, the Falkirk-based serviced office operator, has completed the acquisition of three business centres in Fife it has managed since April 2025, in a multi-million pound deal extending its footprint from Falkirk into Dalgety Bay and Rosyth.
The acquisition brings Dalgety Bay Business Centre, Rosyth Business Centre and Liberty House into Brightstone Spaces ownership, adding around 58,000 sq ft of flexible office, warehouse and storage space to the company's existing Falkirk centre. The centres, which collectively support over 130 businesses across sectors ranging from trades and creative services to tech, wellness and professional consultancy, were acquired from Inshmore Ltd.
The move means continuity for existing customers, with all current staff transferring to Brightstone Spaces as part of the deal. Clients continue to benefit from all-inclusive office packages, 24/7 access, bookable meeting rooms and superfast 1GB internet.
Directors Andrew Harkins and Chris Brown said: "We've come to know these centres, their teams and their customers well since taking over their management, and we're delighted to now be taking them forward under the Brightstone Spaces umbrella. Our focus from day one has been building communities where businesses can thrive, and that won't change, it just means more people across Fife and Falkirk now get to be part of it."
Jerry Alexander of Inshmore said: “Chris and Andrew have done an amazing job managing these centres. It’s great to see them take the next step into ownership, and I wish them and the teams every success.”
Brightstone Spaces was founded in Falkirk in 2023 by Andrew Harkins and Chris Brown, with a focus on flexible workspace, all-inclusive billing and building supportive business communities. The acquisition marks the company's first ownership expansion beyond Falkirk.
