This is a project where InvestFife are working closely with Westfield Energy Recovery.
The brownfield site benefits from planning permission in principle. We will prepare this for new development focusing on remediation of the land and creating development platforms.
Development platforms will be available from 2 – 25 acres and, there is also an additional phase 2 area of land. We may include this in a larger scale development should this be required.
Planning consent is secured for Use Classes 4 (Business), 5 (General Industrial) and 6 (Storage & Distribution) in addition to other employment-related uses. The site is particularly suitable for industrial uses requiring significant energy provision.
A proposed 22MW energy from the waste facility has detailed planning consent that can supply occupiers with heat, power and steam.
Depending on your business needs, we can provide bespoke development platforms. A full design and build solution to land and buildings can be offered on a Freehold or pre-let basis.
