Fife Interchange is a highly prominent and well located new distribution and business park development.
Fife Interchange South can be easily accessed via Amazon Way. It is situated immediately to the South of the Amazon UK Fulfilment centre and to the South of Junction 3 of the M90, which connects with the A92 (Kirkcaldy – Glenrothes) dual carriageway.

This site is part of a joint venture between Scottish Enterprise and Fife Council. The site is part of the wider investment and development of the Fife Interchange area. Fife Council has undertaken site servicing works in respect of Fife Interchange North and is underway in building 9 new business units which are due to complete in early 2025.
The total site area extends to 17.33 ha (42.8 acres). The site can be disposed in whole, or sub divided to create individual sites.The site can be accessed from Amazon Way / Sandpiper Drive at the north end of the site.
Planning
The site currently allocated for employment uses suitable for Class 4 (Office/Light Industrial), Class 5 (General Industrial) and Class 6 (Storage and Distribution) of the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) (Scotland) Order 1997.
Interested parties should make their own enquiries of the local planning authority, Fife Council, in relation to any proposed uses of the site.
