“The level of enquiries for Fife Council Economic Development’s business property is extremely encouraging, and demonstrates the desire of local businesses to start-up, expand and develop, as well as attract new businesses to the region and create jobs. This is great news for the local economy!
“Whilst occupancy rates are high, we are also committed to develop more employment land and property, which is being funded by the Edinburgh and South East Scotland City Region Deal, to support innovation start-ups and growing businesses across all sectors of our local economy.”
