
Businesses and partners from across Fife’s Financial & Business Services sector attended a roundtable earlier today, hosted by Ingenico at their Dalgety Bay site. The session provided an opportunity to discuss current challenges, explore emerging opportunities and identify practical ways to support the sector’s continued development.
Financial & Business Services remains a major contributor to Fife’s economy, with over 1,000 businesses and more than 7,000 employees across payments, fintech, software, telecoms and professional services. Today’s discussion reinforced the breadth and strength of activity within the sector.
Representatives from FinTech Scotland, Scottish Enterprise, Business Gateway Fife, Fife Chamber and Fife College took part, alongside a range of local businesses. Their contributions helped shape a constructive conversation on the priorities and needs of the sector.
