To support manufacturers in the region, Scottish Enterprise’s Scottish Manufacturing Advisory Service (SMAS) and Fife Council, Economic Development (InvestFife). are hosting a joint ‘go see’ business breakfast, hosted on-site at Leviton.
This event offers a unique opportunity to step inside a live manufacturing environment and see continuous improvement in action – bringing lean thinking and operational excellence to life beyond theory.

Next steps: build capability through the SMAS Business Improvement Academy
The event will also introduce the reimagined SMAS Business Improvement Academy (BIA), launching in Fife, in August 2026.

- Delivering real business impact through live improvement projects
- Developing leaders who can drive sustainable change

Priority will be given to business owners, directors and senior leaders from manufacturing companies who are looking to improve operations, explore investment opportunities and connect with relevant regional support, for example:
