The inaugural Fife Data-Driven Design & Manufacturing (D3M) CoLAB Programme is a fully funded programme delivered by InvestFife in partnership with AGIC and Fife College. It is designed to help Fife businesses unlock the value of their data and identify practical ways to use it to drive innovation, continuous improvement, productivity and growth.
Building on the successful D3M CoLAB model developed through leading innovation and academic partners, this programme connects businesses with specialist expertise, practical tools and collaborative support to tackle their real operational challenges and data led identify solutions and create opportunities for growth
While particularly relevant to manufacturing, engineering and industrial businesses, the programme is also suitable for organisations operating in processing industries and other sectors where data, technology and process improvement can support performance, competitiveness and sustainability.

This programme will involve:
- Pre-programme onboarding support to help you identify or discuss a potential project
- A Set of 3 x interactive leaning workshops from 10am to 4pm on Friday 30th October, Friday 6th November and Friday 13th November 2026 (from 10am to 4pm)
- Direct post programme specialist business support
