From our facilities in Glenrothes we offer outsourced tape & reel packaging solutions using state-of-the-art high speed pick and place equipment, wafer level tape & reel services, device programming services, device laser marking services and device dehydration bake & dry pack service.
Additionally, in our Glenrothes facility we manufacture standard carrier tapes and also offer custom carrier tape design utilising our in-house tool manufacturing. All of this allows us to provide a very short lead-time for tape & reel service & for carrier tape sales.
We also supply all consumable materials for tape & reel reel including carrier tape, cover tape, plastic reels & vacuum packaging consumable materials.
For customers who want to perform in-house tape & reel we also offer state-of-the-art high-speed tape & reel handling equipment from Semiconductor Technologies & Instruments Pte Ltd (STI).
