Pattiesmuir is a not-for-profit company established in 2022 to provide training and reskilling opportunities, consultancy, and events to enable professionals to develop their careers and businesses to meet the demands of the net zero, circular economy, and related agendas.
The company was formed as a natural partnership between our three directors, who bring expertise in professional development; lifelong learning; e-learning; energy, the built environment, and related fields; media and political engagement. We enjoy access to an extensive range of expert networks, and our evidence-based approach is backed by both academic research and engagement with professionals and stakeholders from across Scotland and beyond.
Being based in Fife, we have a keen interest in unlocking the potential of the post-industrial and rural regions of the country where the development of green jobs has huge potential to tackle social and economic deprivation, whilst also benefiting the environment. Our services are designed to be flexible and accessible to professionals at all stages of their careers, with a particular focus on enabling women and others disadvantaged by traditional 'one size fits all' models of education and training, and supporting the development of new small businesses.
We are able to offer everything from workshops and targeted interventions to enable professionals and businesses to maximise the opportunities of the transition to the green economy through to whole modules, designed and delivered according to the needs of our clients. We also provide events and media and political training and services.
We are also keen to collaborate with others who share our outlook, and look forward to playing our part in enabling Fife, and Scotland, to become a prosperous and green society. Please feel free to drop us an email at [email protected] if you're interested in our services, working with us, or finding out more about who we are and what we do.
