Through operating in the IT/AV sector for over 20 years, we have found that technical consultancies fall under two brackets. They will either be great at managing customer relations but will lack the range of skills and technical knowledge to ensure customer’s needs are fully met, or they have a wealth of knowledge and skills, but struggle with the human side of customer interaction and forget how important clear, prompt, and effective communication is.Â
