I am a Stress Management & Wellbeing professional and a fully qualified Jikiden Reiki practitioner who will work with you.
Driven by a passion for helping others, I am committed to promoting wellbeing and enhancing quality of life, with a person-centred approach at the heart of everything I do. I will work with you to help manage feelings of stress, anxiety and overwhelm. Focusing on the areas of your life causing you these feelings, and through discussion, can devise a plan which will allow you to take control, change behaviours and ultimately achieve a better balance and feeling of wellbeing.
My approach is always to work with the individual in a holistic way. Everyone is unique and one size definitely does not fit all. Our 1 to 1 sessions will be designed and tailored around you the individual, and at a pace that suits you. Any tools and techniques used during these sessions will be selected to suit both you and what you want to achieve. At the end of your tailored sessions you will have a ‘tool kit’ of techniques which you can call on at any time.
