Join our innovative Routes to Market Programme, designed to empower Fife businesses, our programme offers the knowledge, tools, and connections you need to thrive in the rapidly growing space industry. Through our Trade Development Programme, we are able to provide funding to support Fife Businesses to participate in the programme.
The programme includes;
Stage 1
A free online Routes to Market workshop will be held on Thursday 31st of October 09.45 am -12.30 pm, key contents include;
- Space Tech Expo Europe – pre-visit briefing including what to expect, who will be there, research/preparation beforehand delivered by Andrew Dickson, International Trade Specialist – Space, Scottish Development International
- Overview of the Space Sector in Scotland & Europe
- The 8 Key Routes to Market for B-to-B
- International partners: selecting & finding the ideal partner
Stage 2 - selected businesses only
Learning Journey to Space Tech Expo Europe 2024 – Europe’s largest B2B event for the space industry in Bremen, Germany will take place 19th to the 21st of November 2024.
At Space Tech Expo Europe 2024, you will find hundreds of exhibitors from all different aspects of the industry. Plus, you will have access to networking receptions and be able to see new innovative technology in person and gain quality face-time with leading industry experts including participation in Scottish Development International (SDI) planned activities;
- UK Networking Breakfast – Hosted by the Department for Business and Trade (DBT)
- Pitching Session and Whisky Tasting – Following the success of the previous two years, SDI will lead the UK pitching session, where a host of international clusters and companies will be invited

Exhibition – Ticket and Entry

Depending on availability, these spaces will be supported and limited to one person per company which will include flights, accommodation (if required) and exhibition entry. We will require an evaluation form to be completed following your attendance, to gain feedback and insight into your experiences, and to ensure we continue to support and engage businesses to attend/visit tradeshows and exhibitions that will be of value to you, as a business.

Stage 3
The delivery of one-to-ones with all participating Fife companies, to follow up on the Learning Journey to capitalise on any opportunities identified which includes;
